Its a glorious day. I finished the sockapalooza socks!! Here are the sock stats:

Wendy's toe up cast-on and gusset heel gusset - Method #1 is now my favorite toe up.
I also finally kitchenered (is that a word??) monkey sock #2. I wish I could remember where I put sock #1.....
Now maybe I'll give my hands a rest. Naaa...who am I kidding. The swallowtail shawl is calling me. Maybe I should join the KAL??

Can you imagine that I received a package from Brooklyn, New York, today. How cool is this?!?
The socks are fantastic. They fit exactly on my feet. We have one of only few summer days this year so I prefer to went barefoot. The package was checked at the customs at Hamburg. I think this was the reason that it took a bit longer to arrive here. Many, many thanks for the socks and the other things in the package. I will put everything on my blog tomorrow.
